Anyone
who does not pay
the DRACO stud fee
at the
time of service
automatically
agrees
to
forfeit to the
stud dog owner/s
the first pick
of the
puppies resulting
from the litter
produced
by the
stud dog used.
This is
non-negotiable
without written
concession
from the
DRACO stud dog
owner/s.
